If you switch employers, you should login to Coursettra and update your contact information so that it reflects your current employer and will follow you.

Instructions

Login to Coursettra at https://app.coursettra.com
Click on your profile at the bottom left-hand side of the screen
Click on My Account
Click on the three-dot menu and update the information as appropriate

wf_order	sunshine811.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check in which the order the tickets are filtered for custom ticket filters eg: due_by, agent_responded_at, requester_responded_at, etc.
wf_order_type	sunshine811.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	sunshine811.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
